You can imagine the looks we got when we told people we were going on vacation to Iceland.\u00a0 It certainly didn’t help when we added that we were camping every night.\u00a0 Oh well.\u00a0 Suddenly, the six months of planning were over.\u00a0 It was 3 am and, at last, we were in Reykjavik.\u00a0 Under the blue sky and endless sun, our trip had begun.\u00a0 The land of fire and ice would offer plenty of challenges and no lack of surprises.\u00a0 Around each corner was a new obstacle, a new discovery.\u00a0 Iceland is a place like no other with a harsh climate and some of the toughest locals I’ve ever met.\u00a0 While this was far from the perfect vacation, it provided us with experiences that we’ll never forget.\u00a0 This post is an insufficient presentation of such a diverse landscape but for now it will have to do.<\/p>\n
